Bandits Defenseman to join Terriers in the Fall of 2026
BRIDGEWATER, MA – Liam McCall, a defenseman for the Bridgewater Bandits, has committed to Hiram College for the 2026-2027 season.
An ‘06 out of Branford, Ontario, Canada, McCall is in his first year in the EHL. Through 37 games, he has a pair of goals and eight assists. Alongside being a strong, physical presence on the Bandits backend, he’s tied for most points on the Bandits blueline.
“Liam has worked hard on his game and has improved dramatically,” said Bandits Head Coach Scott Drevitch. “He has been really receptive to the coaching, always wanting to learn more. I’m excited for him and look forward to watching him at the next level.”
Hiram is in its first year of NCAA Division III play with nine EHL alumni on their roster.
“When I moved to the EHL from El Paso, my offensive game was fairly steady but I wanted to work on my defensive side of the puck,” said McCall. “Coach Drevitch has provided me with a great opportunity and coaching on that part of my game. The EHL is a very competitive league that has helped me prepare for my future at Hiram College. I’m thankful to have had the support from great coaches, friends and family over the last 20 years.”
