Forward of the Month

Nicky DeGeorge Seahawks Hockey Club

Sitting atop the league with six-seven points as we enter February, is Seahawks Hockey Club forward Nicky DeGeorge. The ‘06 Illinois native produced a whopping thirty points over the course of nine games and added two game winners to boot. He began the month with a bang, tallying a hat trick against the East Coast Wizards and followed that up with a six point game against the Providence Capitals. Each game in January featured multipoint efforts including the last three, where he posted eight assists to close out the month. Recording at least a point in every game this month, he sits on a fourteen game point streak and shows no signs of slowing down.

Defenseman of the Month

Troy Mulholland New Jersey 87’s

Troy Mulholland’s fingerprints are all over the New Jersey 87’s 7-1-1 month, which has kept them atop a tightly contested South Division. The ‘06 New Jersey local found his way to the scoresheet in six of the nine contests, kicking off the month with five assists in their first two games. As the South swept day two of the second leg of the Crossover Series, Mulholland assisted a pair against the Express Hockey Club to help the 87’s to a season series victory against the best of the East. His biggest performance came against Philadelphia Hockey Club: a two point effort that featured an overtime winner against their top rival. He now has 29 points in his sophomore season.

Goaltender of the Month

Nick Hussar New Hampshire Avalanche

Now sitting alone at the top spot in the EHL are the New Hampshire Avalanche, due in large part to goaltender Nick Hussar. It’s an ‘06 sweep for EHL Stars of the Month as the Connecticut native delivered for the Avalanche with four wins, a .955 save percentage, and two shutouts. He blanked both the Valley Jr. Warriors and New Jersey 87’s, combining for 62 saves in those games. Taking down the two top teams in the East as well, Hussar shut down the Seahawks Hockey Club and Express Hockey Club, turning aside 60 of 64 between those. His lone blemishes on the month were against the East Coast Wizards, where he still combined for a .934 save percentage. The Avs now head into a busy February with nine games on the slate.

Forward of the Month

Carson Low Seahawks Hockey Club

It was a crucial 6-1 month for the Seahawks Hockey Club led by their captain and top scorer, Carson Low. Low, an ‘06 returner for SHC, put a bow on the month with back-to-back four point games against the Providence Capitals, where he factored in on every goal in the latter game. In their single-day sweep of the New Hampshire Avalanche, Low recorded two goals and two assists, helping lead his team to two monumental wins over the top team in the EHLP. As the calendar turns to February, Low’s 55 points have now eclipsed his total from last year. The Seahawks will look to take the number two spot in the Northeast Conference in the penultimate month of the regular season.

Defenseman of the Month

Marshall Windsor Atlantic City Seals

With four goals and nine assists, Atlantic City Seals defenseman has launched himself into the top 5 scorers amongst defenseman after a dominant January. His six game point streak may have come to an end, but the ‘06 still led all defenseman in points in the first month of 2026. He opened the year with a game winning goal against an elite New Jersey Bears squad. He collected eight points in their wins over the Philadelphia Little Flyers and assisted two third period goals to lead the Seals past the 87’s in a 4-2 win. They are now seven games above .500 and are well in contention to win the Mid-Atlantic Conference.

Goaltender of the Month

Holden Bates Pennsylvania Huntsmen

It was an up-and-down month for the Pennsylvania Huntsmen, highlighted by some great goaltending from ‘06 Holden Bates. The Maryland native just capped off the month with a 60-save outing against the New Jersey Bears, where he also went 3/3 in the shootout to deliver the Huntsmen the win. In his other two starts, he combined for a whopping 86-saves. WIth a .926 save percentage on the year, the returner will hope to lead the Huntsmen to more wins in February.
