Bears Forward to join Vikings in the Fall of 2026
FLEMINGTON, NJ – Brady Hubbard, a forward with the New Jersey Bears, has announced his commitment to Salem State University, where he will continue his academic and athletic career beginning in the 2026 season. Hubbard has been a standout for the Bears this year and earned EHL All-Star honors during the league’s College Series.
The ‘05 shared his excitement about the next step in his hockey journey. “I’m proud to announce my commitment to continue my academic and athletic career at Salem State University. Thank you to my family, coaches, advisors, teammates, and everyone who believed in me through this journey. Excited for what’s ahead!”
Through this point in the season, Hubbard has recorded 30 points, tallying 11 goals and 19 assists, placing him among the Bears’ most productive offensive contributors. Head Coach Jason Kilcoyne highlighted Hubbard’s versatility and impact on the team’s success this season. “Extremely excited for Brady and glad his hard work has paid off for him. He has been like a swiss army knife for us playing all the forward positions. He is a big reason for our success this year.”
Hubbard will look to carry his strong season in New Jersey into the next chapter of his career at Salem State.
