Hockey Club Rhode Island @ Express Hockey Club
The Express Hockey Club took a huge 13-4 win over HC Rhode Island.
Michal Stojka scored first for the Express at 4:43, followed quickly by Sam Steinman at 5:01. Ville Bodin added a power-play goal at 15:25, with Warren Nguenti-Abssono and Erick Bjornson scoring later in the first period. Rhode Island got on the board in the second with a power-play goal from Ernests Muska at 9:16, but the Express responded with goals from Will Bowden-Stevens, James Joyce, Sean Anderson, Warren Nguenti, and Nick Needham. HC Rhode Island’s Roberts Stamurs and Austin Haldane also scored in the period.
In the third, Warren Nguenti opened with a shorthanded goal at 0:42, followed by Ville Bodin with a shorthanded goal at 14:56 and a power-play goal at 18:36. Aiden Forcier scored for Rhode Island at 4:26. Lukas Toth made 36 saves on 40 shots for the Express, while Eddie Lang stopped 19 of 27 and Chase Hennessy made 10 saves on 15 shots for Rhode Island. – AL
Bridgewater Bandits @ Seahawks Hockey Club
The Seahawks Hockey Club skated away with a 7-3 win over the Bridgewater Bandits. Christian Bauer opened the scoring for the Bandits at 13:52 of the first period, followed by Ryan Hammer at 16:36.
In the second period, Danny Kehoe scored for the Seahawks just 26 seconds in, and they continued to build their lead with goals from Jack Doherty, Devin Kelly, Connor Evans , and Cameron Morin. Chris Sidun added a goal for the Bandits at 8:07 of the second. In the third, Aidan Neville and Colin Duffy scored for the Seahawks to close out the game. Logan Hunter made 46 saves on 53 shots for the Bandits, while Silas Streed stopped 24 of 27 shots for the Seahawks. – AL
New Jersey 87’s @ Philadelphia Little Flyers
The New Jersey 87s defeated the Philly Little Flyers 3–1. Jake Giacoppi got the 87s on the board first at 4:38 of the first period, and Ivan Kulagin added a power-play goal in the second period. Colin Underwood scored for the Flyers at 10:58 of the third, but Jakub Polcik sealed the win for New Jersey with an empty-net goal at 18:47.
Dallas Thompson made 20 saves on 21 shots for the 87s, while Marty Pierce stopped 41 of 43 shots for the Little Flyers. – AL

Philadelphia Hockey Club @ Pennsylvania Huntsmen
Philadelphia Hockey Club rolled to a 6–2 road victory over the Pennsylvania Huntsmen, powered by a pair of goals from each Ethan Coots and Brian Rhoads.
Philadelphia opened the scoring midway through the first period, when Joseph Buschmann scored off feeds from Liam Kansler and Sheldon Wilson. Just 1:38 later, Brian Rhoads doubled the lead, finishing a setup from Marc Nicastro and Denis Maliew to make it 2–0 after one. The visitors kept the pressure on in the second period. Ethan Coots tallied at 5:44 on an unassisted effort, then struck again at 13:46, this time set up by Sheldon Wilson, giving Philadelphia a commanding 4–0 lead.
Philadelphia put the game out of reach early in the third. Rhoads scored his second of the night at 2:46, assisted by Maliew and Nicastro, followed just 49 seconds later by Denis Maliew, who buried his ninth of the year with help from Nicastro and Buschmann to make it 6–0. Pennsylvania responded late with a couple of goals. Donte Neve scored, assisted by Stephen Spangler and Thomas Hickey, and Gabriel Laszewski added another with an assist from Benjamin Kanellis to close out the scoring.
Lorenzo Rossi earned the win for Philadelphia, stopping 26 of 28 shots. Ethan Coots and Brian Rhoads both got a pair of goals in the win, while Denis Maliew had himself a three-point performance. – MF
New Hampshire Avalanche @ Valley Jr. Warriors
The New Hampshire Avalanche put on a dominant performance, skating past the Valley Jr. Warriors in an 8–1 victory.
New Hampshire wasted no time getting on the board, as Colden Lawrence opened the scoring just 55 seconds into the game with his 15th of the season, finishing a setup from Gavin Bernsten and Ben Carfora. The Avalanche struck again on the power play at 9:05, with Ryan Sember converting off passes from Carfora and Alex Ravikovich. Less than a minute later, Kurt Mauser made it 3–0, assisted by Matthew Topham and Lawrence, and Alex Ravikovich capped the first-period surge at 15:01 with a goal set up by Petey Silverman and Carfora.
The Avalanche continued to control the game in the second period. Gavin Bernsten scored at 8:42, assisted by Lawrence and Alex Valentini, before Danny Storella added another late, finishing a play from Luke Tropeano and Michael O’Brien to give New Hampshire a 6–0 lead after two. New Hampshire kept pressing in the third, striking on the power play at 6:02 when Ryan O’Leary buried off feeds from Valentini and Storella.
Valley broke the shutout at 13:47, as Andrew Duval scored for the Warriors with assists from Brody Murray and Dylan Kullman. The Avalanche closed the scoring at 16:36, when Bernsten netted his second of the night, assisted by Noah Rogers and Matthew Topham. Matt Dunn earned the win in goal for New Hampshire, stopping 32 of 33 shots. – MF
Express Hockey Club @ Bridgewater Bandits
The Express Hockey Club earned a tight 3–2 overtime win over the Bridgewater Bandits, getting a clutch finish from Ville Bodin.
After a scoreless first period, the Express broke through just 35 seconds into the second when Nate Brissette opened the scoring with his 11th of the season, set up by Mark Trischler and Bodin. Bridgewater answered late in the frame, as Sam Neville tied the game off a feed from Ryan Hammer, sending the teams into the third period even at 1–1. The third period featured back-and-forth momentum swings. Sean Anderson gave the Express a 2–1 lead at 15:16 with an unassisted goal, but the Bandits responded quickly. Just 12 seconds later, Christian Bauer scored his fifth of the season, assisted by Cody Tatar, to knot the game at two and force overtime.
It did not take long for the Express to end it. 20 seconds into the extra frame, Ville Bodin buried his 37th of the season off an assist from Nate Brissette to seal the 3–2 victory. Landon Buterbaugh was outstanding in net for the Express, stopping 39 of 41 shots, while Jordan Dumont turned aside 36 of 39 in a strong performance for Bridgewater. Nate Brissette and Ville Bodin each finished the game with a goal and a helper in the victory. – MF
Seahawks Hockey Club @ East Coast Wizards
The Seahawks Hockey Club put together a great special-teams performance for a convincing 7–3 road win over the East Coast Wizards. The Wizards opened the scoring at 7:12 of the first period when Nick DiCioccio scored, assisted by Christian Palm. The Seahawks responded on the power play midway through the frame, as Jacob Roberts tied the game with help from Jamison Gifford and Aidan Neville, sending the teams into the first intermission tied at 1–1.
The game swung heavily in the Seahawks’ favor during the second period. Devin Kelly gave the visitors their first lead at 4:44 with an unassisted goal before Danny Kehoe extended it at 7:12 off feeds from Garrett Bouschor and Connor Evans. The Seahawks then struck twice on the power play. Will Auger scored at 9:47, followed by Connor Evans at 15:09 to blow the game open. Auburn Burlison capped off the five-goal period with an unassisted tally in the last minute, giving the Seahawks a commanding 6–1 lead after forty minutes.
The Wizards showed pushback in the third, getting goals from Jack Copponi and Kye Smyrnios to cut into the deficit. Any comeback hopes were sealed late, however, when Connor Evans scored his second of the night into the empty net, assisted by Nicky Degeorge, to make it 7–3. Elliot Wong was excellent between the pipes for the Seahawks, turning aside 40 of 43 shots. Connor Evans led the offense in the victory with two goals and two helpers. – MF
New Jersey Bears @ New York Apple Core
The New Jersey Bears delivered an amazing performance on the road, shutting out the New York Apple Core 6–0 behind a flawless night from goaltender Nicholas Mele.
The Bears opened the scoring midway through the first period on the power play, as Aidan McGinty buried a setup by Oliver Bunjer. Just under four minutes later, Jayden Juan doubled the lead, finishing a play set up by John Danks to give the Bears a 2–0 edge after one. New Jersey continued to roll in the second period. Brady Hubbard made it 3–0 at 4:09 with help from Nick Macri, and McGinty struck again at 8:26, scoring his second of the night off a feed from Gergo Szemmelroth. Michael Jany capped the period at 11:06, converting a pass from Macri to push the lead to 5–0.
The Bears put the final touch on the game in the third period when James Georges scored a power-play goal at 15:17, assisted by Jany, rounding out the scoring. In goal, Nicholas Mele was perfect for the Bears, stopping all 22 shots he faced to earn the shutout. – MF

Hockey Club Rhode Island @ Connecticut Nor’Easter
The Connecticut Nor’Easter took a 7-3 win over HC Rhode Island. At the two minute mark of the first period, Emmanuel Gomez scored first and put the Nor’Easter on the board. Just under three minutes later, Aidan Forcier tied it up 1-1 for HC Rhode Island. The Nor’Easter took the lead 3-1 with goals from Josh Hauser and Mason Wright. Forcier added his second of the game at 16:33 to cut the deficit for Rhode Island 3-2.
In the second period, Samuel Strand struck first for the Nor’Easter at 15:36, and then at 18:37 Briggs Beam extended the Nor’Easter lead 5-2. To start the third, Beam added his second of the game to make it 6-2 Nor’Easter. Elliot Viens responded for Rhode Island at 6:21, but about six minutes later Hudson Woolley closed out the scoring for the Nor’Easter and secured the win 7-3. Angelo Evangelista had 33 saves on 40 shots for Rhode Island and Dylan Newton had 44 saves on 47 shots for Connecticut. – AL
Philadelphia Little Flyers @ New Jersey 87’s
The New Jersey 87’s took a 3-2 overtime win over the Philadelphia Little Flyers. The Little Flyers struck first at 9:49 of the first period with a goal from Luca Cesario. Owen Ozer extended the Little Flyers lead 2-0 at 2:33 of the second period. The 87’s came back in the third when Ivan Kulagin scored two goals to tie it up 2-2 and force overtime.
In overtime, Jack Napieralski broke the deadlock and the 87’s took the win 3-2. Tadeas Bezdek had 35 saves on 38 shots for the Little Flyers and Mitch Stenger had 9 saves on 11 shots for the 87’s. – AL

Valley Jr. Warriors @ Express Hockey Club
The first period was relatively quiet until halfway through, when the Express kept a tricky bounce onside, giving Erik Bjornson a break he converted to put the Express on the board.
The second period erupted into a goal frenzy. The Warriors tied the game just nine seconds into a power play when Jacob Macmillan-Dallaire cleaned up a rebound. Brody Murray followed with another power-play goal after a scramble in front of the net, giving the Warriors a 2–1 lead.
The Express responded on the power play, as Sonny Arsenault deflected a shot from the point to tie it once more. Michal Stojka scored on a centering feed, followed by Ville Bodin finishing an odd-man rush to make it 4–2. Sam Steinman added another on the back door off a rebound, while Mark Rosa scored for the Warriors on a power play to cut it to 5–3. Sonny Christian wrapped in a rebound to bring the Express within one, then Nate Brissette fired a shot from the half wall as the period ended 6–4. Nine goals were scored in the period, six on the power play.
Kyle Bates and Brody Murray, who completed his hat trick, scored for the Warriors, while Ville Bodin was the lone Express scorer. The period ended tied at 7–7.
After almost a full overtime, Nate Brissette fired the game-winning goal with just 30 seconds left. Every man on the ice contributed to the play, capping an incredible team effort for the Express. – MP
East Coast Wizards @ Bridgewater Bandits
An awkward side-net shot worked in the Wizards favor for the opening 20. The shot took an odd deflection and got pushed behind the blue line, giving Jack Copponi the early goal. The Bandits answered at 12:09 as Zachary Miller collected his first goal of the season and in the Eastern Hockey League, finishing a 3-on-2 rush set up by Nathan Holland. Christian Bauer then extended the Wizards’ lead before the first intermission, sending a top-right shot past the goalie to make it 2–1.
Middle frame play set-forth and Wyatt Fischer, a defenseman filling in as a forward, found himself alone in the crease and scored to make it 3–1 Bandits.
In the third, Kyle Hart skated off the boards into a shooting lane and scored stick side, bringing the Wizards within one. Nolan Mallett followed with a quick shot to tie it at 3. Evan Roy then capitalized on a Bandits turnover in the high slot to give the Wizards the lead. Sam Neville responded for the Bandits, burying a loose puck on the far post to tie it 4–4.
In the overtime three-on-three period, Adam Ellegood beat the goalie glove side to secure the win for the Wizards. – MP
New York Apple Core @ New Jersey Bears
The Bears struck first as Michael Jany backhanded a shot past the goaltender to open the scoring. Gergo Szemmelroth provided the assist, redirecting the puck into Jany’s path to give the Bears a 1–0 lead.
The Apple Core answered with a goal on a 3-on-2 rush, as Will Rowell sent a saucer pass to Matthew Kymer, who finished to tie the game. The Bears responded quickly with a strong transition play of their own, finding Luke Delaney in stride for a one-timer that restored the lead.
The Bears added to their advantage early in the third when Francesco Donohue jumped on a rebound and slipped it five-hole past goaltender Smith to make it 3–1. Nick Macri followed with an unassisted goal to extend the lead further. Braedon Gallante tallied for the Apple Core in an attempt to cut into the deficit, but Luke Delaney set the outcome with his second goal of the night, confirming a 5–2 Bears victory over New York. – MP
Pennsylvania Huntsmen @ Philadelphia Hockey Club
Friday night marked the second meeting of the week between the Philly Hockey Club and the Huntsmen. The two teams previously met Wednesday morning, when Philly came away with the win after holding the Huntsmen scoreless until the third period.
Philly opened the scoring in the first period as Marc Nicastro sent a cross-ice pass to Liam Kansler, who one-timed the puck home to give the Hockey Club a 1–0 lead.
The lead grew early in the second period thanks to a shorthanded effort from Denis Maliew. Carrying the puck end-to-end, Maliew finished the play to make it 2–0.
The Huntsmen answered midway through the third period. Will Saunders scored from long range on a shorthanded goal, cutting the deficit to 2–1 and keeping the game within reach. Philly responded under pressure, restoring the two-goal advantage when Ryan Suchy was set up in front and buried a backhander to close out the scoring. – MP

Hockey Club Rhode Island @ Providence Capitals
The Providence Capitals came back from an early deficit and counted on an amazing performance in net from Conner Nicolson to earn a tight 2–1 victory over HC Rhode Island. Rhode Island struck first in the opening period when Ernests Muska netted his 20th of the season at 3:16, finishing a play set up by Aiden Forcier and Roberts Stamurs to give the visitors the early edge.
After a quiet start offensively, Providence broke through late in the second period on the power play. Michael Bevilacqua tied the game with his seventh of the year, assisted by Grant Schaible, shifting momentum heading into the third.
The Capitals carried that energy into the final frame, taking the lead at 5:43 as Dylan Cawley found the back of the net off feeds from Schaible and Bevilacqua. From there, Nicolson shut the door. He was the difference-maker, turning aside 47 of 48 shots in a standout performance to secure the win. Rhode Island’s Eddie Leary was sharp as well with 28 saves on 30 shots, but the Capitals’ late push proved enough. – MF
Pennsylvania Huntsmen @ Philadelphia Hockey Club
Philadelphia Hockey Club came out flying in the first period and never looked back, skating to a commanding 6–1 victory over the Pennsylvania Huntsmen.
Philadelphia wasted no time getting started, striking on the power play at 2:40 as Ryan Jaffe buried his 10th of the season off feeds from Liam Kansler and Ryan Suchy. Just over three minutes later, Jaydon Jones doubled the lead with help from Marc Nicastro and Jaffe. The offensive push continued at 7:22 when Pat Devaney finished a setup from Suchy and Ryan Fleischauer, taking the advantage up to 3–0. Special teams stayed hot midway through the period, with Sheldon Wilson converting on the power play for his 10th of the year, assisted by David Cook and Angelo Masullo. Fleischauer capped the dominant frame at 12:03, scoring off a slick passing play from Nicastro and Joseph Buschmann to give Philadelphia a 5–0 lead after one.
Pennsylvania got on the board in the second period with a power-play goal from Gabriel Laszewski at 8:33, assisted by Jacob Chow and Will Saunders, but that was as close as they would get. Early in the third, Wilson struck again on the man advantage for his second of the night, finishing passes from Denis Maliew and Jones to seal the 6–1 final. – MF

Express Hockey Club @ Bridgewater Bandits
With a fast start and high energy from the opening puck drop, it was clear both teams were ready for the matchup. An early penalty to the Bandits gave the Express a power-play opportunity, and Ville Bodin capitalized within the first two minutes to open the scoring.
Not long after, Sam Neville answered for the Bandits to even things up. The special teams battle continued as Sonny Arsenault and Arik Bjornson each tallied power-play goals to give the Express a 3–1 edge. Gavin Cowan pulled one back for the Bandits late in the period, narrowing the score to 3–2 heading into the intermission.The second period proved to be a showcase for special teams, as every goal came on the power play. Sam Steinman, Ville Bodin, and Mark Trischler each found the back of the net with the man advantage, allowing the Express to extend their lead to 6–2 heading into the third period. – AM
Providence Capitals @ Connecticut Nor’Easter
Continuing the day’s action, the Capitals faced off against the Nor’Easter in a matchup that started off at a steady pace, with both teams showing strong defensive and offensive structure early on. It was Nolan Quirk who broke through first, finding the back of the net with just five minutes remaining in the opening period. Shortly after, Briggs Beam added an insurance goal to give the Nor’Easter a 2–0 lead heading into the intermission.
The second period saw limited scoring, but Austin Luciani extended the Nor’Easter’s lead with the lone goal of the frame. Behind the steady play of goaltender Dylan Newton, the Nor’Easter maintained control throughout the game.
With the third period coming and going with just one goal for the Nor’Easter, Newton secured the shutout as the Nor’Easter skated to a 4–0 victory over the Providence Capitals. – AM

Providence Capitals @ Seahawks Hockey Club
The Seahawks put on an offensive show at home with an 8–4 win over the Providence Capitals. The Seahawks wasted no time getting on the board, as Bonebright struck just 25 seconds into the game, finishing a setup from Orynn Freedman and Carson Low. Bonebright doubled the lead at 4:42, again with help from Low and Freedman, before Thomas Rossiter added his first of the season at 10:34 off assists from Christian Johnson and Ian Laib to make it 3–0. Providence responded late in the period with a power-play goal by AJ Bauchrowitz, trimming the deficit to 3–1 after one.
The second period featured plenty of special-teams action. Bonebright completed his hat trick at 7:18 with a power-play goal assisted by Keith Clements II and Carson Low. The Capitals answered with another Bauchrowitz power-play marker at 15:31 and then pulled within one at 17:10 on a goal from David Han. Bonebright halted the momentum in the last minute of the period, scoring his fourth of the night off feeds from Freedman and Clements II to give the Seahawks a 5–3 lead heading into the third.
In the final frame, Aidan Weldon extended the lead with a power-play goal at 5:50, assisted by Rossiter and Johnson. Providence made one last push as Torrin Cotter scored less than two minutes later, but the Seahawks closed the door with goals from Carson Low at 14:08 and a shorthanded empty-netter by Ian Laib at 17:37, with Bonebright picking up the assist. Logan Boyd earned the win for the Seahawks, stopping 31 of 35 shots. Austin Bonebright led the offense with a six-point performance in the victory. – MF
Connecticut Nor’Easter @ Express Hockey Club
The Express Hockey Club earned a tight 2–0 shutout victory over the Connecticut Nor’Easter, getting a flawless performance between the pipes from Colton Alles. The Express jumped out early as Nate Gravel opened the scoring just 1:19 into the game for his 12th of the season, finishing a play set up by Kyle Daly and Carson Edington. The home side doubled its lead at 4:59 when Garrett Sager found the back of the net off an assist from Shane Shaughnessy, giving Express a 2–0 advantage after one. From there, the game turned into a goaltending battle.
Both teams were held scoreless through the second and third periods, with Connecticut pressing but unable to solve Alles. The Express netminder was perfect on the night, stopping all 17 shots he faced to secure the shutout. At the other end, Lucas Bonnet kept the Nor’Easter in the match, making 24 saves on 26 shots, but the early goals ended up making the difference. –MF

Providence Capitals @ Seahawks Hockey Club
The Seahawks opened the scoring just 17 seconds into the game as the broadcast highlighted the chemistry of the line featuring Carson Low, Orynn Freedman, and Austin Bonebright. The trio produced immediately, moving the puck from behind the net to the slot, where a quick feed found Freedman alone at the backdoor. He buried the tap-in to give the Seahawks an early 1–0 lead. Later in the period, Keith Clements II doubled the advantage. Taking a setup pass from Low, Clements ripped a one-timer from the top of the right circle to make it 2–0 Seahawks after one.
Orynn Freedman struck again in the second period, scoring his second goal of the night to extend the Seahawks’ lead. The Capitals answered late in the frame with a power-play goal, as Mason Czaban fired a shot from the point to cut into the deficit heading into the final period.
Freedman completed the hat trick in the third period, and no further scoring followed. The Capitals finished 1-for-7 on the power play and were outshot 50–32. The win marked the Seahawks’ fourth straight victory, inching them closer to overtaking the Avalanche atop the Northeast Conference. – MP

Atlantic City Seals @ Connecticut Nor’Easter
The Connecticut Nor’Easter pulled away late to defeat the Atlantic City Seals 5–3, backed by an unreal performance between the pipes from Mason Campbell.
Connecticut opened the scoring midway through the first period when Colin Daigler netted his 14th of the season, finishing a play from Wade Larson and Camden Slater to give the Nor’Easter a 1–0 lead after one. The second period showed quick momentum swings. Dylan Modernel tied the game for Atlantic City at 4:10 with help from Bailey Burgeson and Patrick McCline, but Julian Martintez answered unassisted at 10:19 to restore Connecticut’s lead. Less than a minute later, Carter Callahan responded with an unassisted tally of his own, evening things up at 2–2 heading into the third.
The Seals grabbed their first lead early in the final frame when Vinny Bengardino scored off a feed from Ben Meyer. Connecticut responded quickly, as Larson tied it just 38 seconds later, assisted by Cameron Soucy and Anthony Lapensee. Trey Kline then put the Nor’Easter ahead for good at 5:14, and Martintez sealed the win with an empty-netter with less than a minute left for his second goal of the night. Campbell was outstanding in the net, turning aside 70 of 73 shots in a stellar performance. Wade Larson and Julian Martintez led the way offensively, each finishing with two points. – MF

The New Hampshire Avalanche controlled the pace from start to finish to earn a 4–1 victory over the Express Hockey Club, powered by a great special-team performance.
The Avalanche opened the scoring late in the first period on the power play, as Noah Deyak scored off assists from Ryan Dube and Dan Morrison to give the home side a 1–0 lead. In the second, New Hampshire extended the lead at 7:29 when Lincoln Manson finished a setup from Michael Cote and David Wood, making it 2–0 heading into the final frame. Special teams took over in the third. Dan Morrison struck on the man advantage at 15:14, assisted by Dube and Evan Guerin, before the Express answered with a power-play marker of their own from Josh Livingston at 16:37, set up by Jackson Guimond and Matt Gonzalez.
Any hopes of a late comeback were put to rest when Matthew Topham converted another Avalanche power play at 19:03, assisted by Sam Pies, sealing the 4–1 final score. Carson McGreevy was sharp in net for New Hampshire, stopping 32 of 33 shots in the win. Ryan Dube and Dan Marrison led the offense by each collecting two points. – MF
New Jersey 87’s @ Philadelphia Little Flyers
The New Jersey 87’s came out buzzing with a huge night from Eddie Kienzle to a 7–3 win over the Philadelphia Little Flyers.
New Jersey set the tone early in the first period. Kienzle opened the scoring at 4:28, finishing a feed from Michael Green, and just over a minute later, Tomass Vekselis doubled the lead off assists from Kienzle and Daniel Novoselov. The 87’s kept pressing, with Novoselov adding another at 12:44, again set up by Kienzle, to make it 3–0. Philadelphia got one back late on the power play as George Whitfield III netted his first of the season, assisted by Owen Myers and Zacharie Michel, cutting it to 3–1 after one. The 87’s regained full control in the second. Kienzle struck again on the power play at 8:58, assisted by Alexander Krish and Vekselis, and Alex Falkowski followed less than a minute later to extend the lead to 5–1. Owen Myers answered for the Little Flyers at 16:54, finishing a pass from Cameron Myers to keep things within reach.
Philadelphia made a push early in the third when Cameron Myers scored just 35 seconds in, assisted by Owen Myers and Wade Krupinski, trimming the deficit to two. However, that was as close as they would get. Kienzle completed the hat trick with an unassisted tally at 7:57, and Ayden Rodriguez added insurance at 15:25 off assists from Krish and Novoselov. David Verkhovskiy earned the win for the 87’s with 19 saves on 22 shots. Eddie Kienzle had himself a night, putting up three goals and two helpers in the victory. – MF
New Jersey Bears @ Pennsylvania Huntsmen
In one of the wildest games of the day, the Pennsylvania Huntsmen pulled a late comeback over the New Jersey Bears in a 5-4 shootout win to secure the extra point.
Pennsylvania opened the scoring midway through the first as Jason Raeburn found the back of the net, assisted by Nicolas Chirtic. The Bears answered just a few minutes later when Zachary Cheung buried his sixth of the season off feeds from Brendan Crowley and John Ruggiero, sending the teams into the intermission tied 1–1. New Jersey grabbed the lead late in the second period with Vincent Massaro finishing a setup from Cheung to make it 2–1.
The third period was chaotic. Dominic Moushon struck twice shorthanded in a 22-second span, both unassisted, suddenly giving the Bears a commanding 4–1 lead. However, the Huntsmen refused to fold under pressure. Raleigh Radkowski sparked the comeback with a power play goal at 10:15, assisted by Jack Bolcer and Karsten Blum. Raeburn followed with his second of the night at 17:24 and then completed the hat trick with less than a minute left to tie the game at 4–4 in dramatic fashion. Overtime solved nothing, sending the contest to a shootout, where Karsten Blum buried the deciding goal to lift Pennsylvania to the comeback victory.
Holden Bates was outstanding for the Huntsmen, turning aside 60 of 64 shots in a remarkable performance. Raleigh Radkowski and Karsten Blum led the offense, each with a three-point night in the victory. – MF

Atlantic City Seals @ Connecticut Nor’Easter
To start the day’s slate of games, the Seals and Nor’Easter hit the ice for what quickly turned into a heated matchup. Evan Huyck got the Nor’Easter on the board early, scoring within the first five minutes of the opening period to set the tone. It didn’t take long for the Seals to respond, as Carter Callahan found the back of the net just four minutes later to even the score at 1-1.
The second period opened with both teams locked in defensively, battling hard and limiting quality chances. Much of the frame remained scoreless as both sides upheld strong defensive play. Donnie Davidson eventually broke through for the Nor’Easter, but the Seals answered once again. Callahan netted his second goal of the game to tie things at 2–2 heading into the final period.
With the third period underway, both teams pushed to find the edge. The Seals struck first, as Chad Niederman gave his team their first lead of the game. Not long after, Christian Shugars answered for the Nor’Easter to knot the score once again. Ben Myer added another for the Seals to keep the pressure on, but the Nor’Easter surged ahead late. Goals from Andrew Burnside and Cameron Soucy sealed the momentum shift, as the Nor’Easter skated away with a 6–4 victory over the Seals. – AM
Union Jr. Thunder @ New Jersey 87’s
To wind down today’s action, the Union Thunder and the New Jersey 87’s met in a fast-paced matchup. The 87’s wasted no time getting on the board, as Luke Glover buried a goal just two minutes into the game to give his team the early edge. The rest of the opening period settled into a defensive battle, with both sides tightening up and keeping the score unchanged.
The second period, however, was a different story. Ethan Minter struck for the 87’s moments after puck drop, extending the lead and shifting the momentum even further in their favor. Union answered back with a goal from Mtej Denk to keep themselves in the contest, but the 87’s continued to apply pressure. Glover found the back of the net for his second of the game, and Robert Tigninni added another to build a commanding lead.
Union made a push to claw their way back, highlighted by a goal from Jake DiGiuseppe, but it wasn’t enough to slow the 87’s pace. New Jersey controlled the period and carried that momentum through the third. With three more by Eddie Kienzle and Anthony Marrone, the New Jersey 87’s secured the win in a strong performance to close out the day’s games. – AM
Seahawks Hockey Club @ Express Hockey Club
To close out the night, the Seahawks Hockey Club traveled to face the Express Hockey Club in an intense matchup. Both teams came ready to compete, and it showed immediately as the first period turned into a defensive battle with neither side allowing a goal early on.
It was Jackson Guimond of the Express who finally broke through midway through the period to get his team on the board. As the clock wound down, Carson Low answered for the Seahawks with just two minutes left in the first, sending the teams into the second period tied.
The Seahawks came out of the break with energy. Marc Hilton found the back of the net less than a minute into the second period, and Austin Bonebright followed with another to give the Seahawks the lead and momentum. The Express pushed back, with Nate Gravel scoring to keep the game within reach, but it would all come down to the third period to decide this hard-fought contest. And with no more goals the Seahawks secured a 3-2 win over the Express tonight. – AM
