Forward of the Month
Alex Haar New Jersey 87’s
The league’s top scorer, the New Jersey 87’s Alex Haar takes home the first Forward of the Month honors for the 2025-2026 season. The All-Star age-out from Oakhurst, NJ has yet to go a game without a point through twelve games. In the 87’s ten games of October, Haar has collected fourteen goals and nine assists. He just put a bow on the month with a four point effort, leading the 87’s to a comeback win over the Philadelphia Little Flyers. He also has a hat trick performance against Philadelphia Hockey Club to add another feather in his cap. He leads the league with fourteen goals and fourteen assists.
Defenseman of the Month
Ty Simonet Philadelphia Hockey Club
Philadelphia Hockey Club is off to its best start in their EHL history, and a key piece of that success if All-Star defenseman, Ty Simonet. The ’06 native of Hainesport, NJ wrapped up the month of October with seven points in his last three games, with his most impressive being a four point outing against the Philadelphia Little Flyers. He kicked off the month with goals in back-to-back games against two top teams in the East Coast Wizards and New Hampshire Avalanche. While representing the Main All-Stars, he registered an assist against Albertus Magnus College as well.
Goaltender of the Month
Conner Nicolson Providence Capitals
After dropping his debut game in September, Providence Capitals goaltender Conner Nicolson enjoyed an impressive October. He strung together five straight wins, tending the net for all of Providence’s victories thus far this season. The 07’ native of Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada started the month by stopping 24 of 25 against the defending champions, the New Jersey 87’s. After defeating the Valley Jr. Warriors, he earned his first shutout, stopping 54 of 54 against the Connecticut RoughRiders before he vanquished them again a week later. In sum, Nicholson went 5-1 in the month of October, and rocked a .950 save percentage in those six games.

Forward of the Month
Carson Low Seahawks Hockey Club
Seahawks Hockey Club forward Carson Low has had a remarkable start to the 2025-2026 season. In his third year with the program, the ’06 native of Illinois has registered at least a point in all but one game thus far. In eight games in the month of October, Low recorded six multi point games and just capped the month off with a six-point game in the Seahawks 7-4 comeback win over the New Hampshire Avalanche. He tallied a hat trick against the Pennsylvania Huntsmen at the Ice Breaker Showcase and potted a huge goal against the Express Hockey Club, which helped hand them their first loss. In total, Low has eleven goals and ten assists in nine games.
Defenseman of the Month
Will Link Providence Capitals/Express Hockey Club
It didn’t take Providence Capitals defenseman Will Link long to make his mark with his new team. On October 30th, he debuted with the Capitals to the tune of a four point game, scoring their second goal and assisting three against the Connecticut Nor’Easter. An ’07 out of Walpole, MA, he began the season on a five game point streak for the Express Hockey Club. He has also proven dangerous on the man advantage, with half of his goals coming on the power play. The 2024-2025 Prospect Team Defenseman currently leads all blueliners in points with four goals and ten assists.
Goaltender of the Month
Kieran Humphreys Express Hockey Club
The Express Hockey Club’s commanding 9-1-0-1 month of October would not have been possible without ’06 goaltender Kieran Humphreys in net. A product of Massachusetts High School out of Westford, MA, he started his junior hockey career with four consecutive wins. He allowed just one goal in each of those four starts, which included turning aside 40 of 41 against the New England Wolves in a tight, 3-1 win. Despite EHC’s two losses, Humphreys still denied 48 shots in the process. With all of his games taking place in October, he currently sports a .946 save percentage and 1.97 goals against average.
