Main All-Stars to face Albertus Magnus and Manhattanville this weekend
HAMDEN, CT — The Eastern Hockey League continues the 2025 College Series this week. Three separate teams consisting of EHL All-Stars are competing against six NCAA programs from October 18-25.
Last season, the EHL excelled in the College Series with all three teams earning a win and combining for a 3-2-1 record.
Main Team to Wrap Up College Series
Following the Northeast team’s 3-2 overtime loss to Roger Williams University and 7-5 defeat to Nichols College, the Main All-Star team will finish the 2025 College Series with games against Albertus Magnus and Manhattanville College.
The Main All-Stars will be led by New Hampshire Avalanche coach Chris Cerrella and New Jersey 87’s coach Matt Kiernan.
Previous Matchups
Last year, the Main All-Stars fell to SUNY Brockport in a 3-2 defeat but followed up with a triumphant 3-1 win over Elmira College, the first time an EHL All-Star defeated a top 10 ranked NCAA program.
Albertus Magnus College and Manhattanville College both compete in the United Collegiate Hockey Conference. Last season, the Albertus Magnus Falcons finished their season with a record of 12-13-1, while the Manhattanville Valiants finished the 2024-25 campaign with a 10-16-1 record.

That includes the two leading scorers for the EHL in Alex Haar (12g, 10a) and Ivan Kulagin (9g, 12a) of the New Jersey 87’s. Express forward Ville Bodin, who put up 51 points last season, is off to a hot start this year with 10 goals and 15 points through seven games.
