New Hampshire Avalanche @ New Jersey 87’s
The Avalanche came to play and they showed they weren’t messing around during this game. Only two minutes into the game, Sam Pies and Curtis Anderson scored for the Avalanche, putting them up 2-0. Luke Glover of the 87’s gave the team their first goal of the game halfway into the first half. While the 87’s were able to put up a goal of their own, it was Avalanche’s Ryan Dube that allowed for a two goal lead that would carry on into the second half.

With the lead in the second half, the Avalanche kept their offense going, adding one more goal to help seal the victory. Ethan Minter was able to get one past the Avalanches defense and get the second goal of the game for the 87’s, but it was Sam Pies’ empty net goal in the last 20 seconds of the game that sealed the New HampshireAvalanche 4-2 win over the New Jersey 87’s. Both goalies were up to the task as New Hampshire’s Carson McGreevy stopped 25 of 27 while New Jersey’s Keith Bizjak Lawrence stopped 37 of 40. Come back tomorrow to see if the Avalanche can keep their streak going. – AM

In the second and final period, the Seahawks kept the pressure rolling. Aidan Weldon buried two, while Sager added his second of the night. Jonas Farmen tallied one more for Delta, but it wasn’t enough as the Seahawks cruised to an 8-2 win. – MP
