Connecticut RoughRiders @ Philadelphia Hockey Club
A high-scoring first period for the Saturday night matchup between the Connecticut RoughRiders and Philadelphia Hockey Club saw the teams combine for eight goals, three of which came within the first eight minutes of play. Philly opened the scoring with Pat Devaney, followed by an eventful power play for both sides. The RoughRiders netted a shorthanded breakaway goal from Brendan Devenney, only for Philly’s Denis Maliew to respond with a power-play goal to regain the lead. Philly Hockey Club continued to dominate offensively, with Ryan Suchy, Marc Nicastro, Ryan Fleishauer, and Ty Simonet each adding a goal. The RoughRiders’ Harvey Woolridge tallied one of his own, sending the game into the second period with Philly leading 7–2.
The second period was much calmer, with Philly’s David Cook adding the lone goal to extend the lead to 8–2.
Philly’s Ryan Jaffe found the back of the net in the third to cap off the night, giving Philly Hockey Club a 9–2 victory. – MP

HC Rhode Island vs New England Wolves
The New England Wolves took a 4-3 win over HC Rhode Island in a tight match up. Tamerlan Zakaryanov put the Wolves on the board first at 6:07 of the first period, but HC Rhode Island quickly responded when Drew Dearborn tied it up at 7:15. In the second period, Roberts Stamurs put Rhode Island in the lead early at 1:02. Flavio Commusset tied it up for the Wolves at 5:05, before Stamurs struck again to regain the lead for HRI. The Wolves responded and Vincent Cregheur tied it up once again, to make it 3-3 heading into the final period. Charles-Ettiene Roy found the back of the net at 13:52 of the third to seal the win 4-3. Julian Karagiannis made 33 saves on 36 shots for the Wolves, and Angelo Evangelista made 29 saves on 33 shots for HC Rhode Island. – AL
Pennsylvania Huntsman @ New Jersey 87s
The matchup between the Pennsylvania Huntsmen and the New Jersey 87’s opened with intensity as Ivan Kulagin, Chris Erasmus, and William Forster each found the back of the net early, setting the tone for a commanding lead. From the start, it was clear the 87’s came ready for battle.
As the game moved into the second period, the 87’s continued to build momentum with sharp passing and relentless offensive pressure. Alex Haar made an appearance on the scoreboard, as well as a a standout moment when Dominic Bertolino scored on a shorthanded play, extending the lead to 5–0 heading into the third.
The 87’s didn’t slow down from there — additional goals from Andrew Hill, Sultan Kulumbek, and Ivan Kulagin, who was able to score two goals this period, including one on a powerplay, to seal a dominant performance and secure a decisive victory over the Huntsmen. 87’s goalie AJ McGinley had the shutout in net. – AM
Connecticut NorEaster @ New York Apple Core
The Connecticut Nor’Easter took a 3-1 win over the New York Apple Core. Beam Briggs struck first for the Nor’Easter with a power play goal at 14:25 of the first period. In the second, Reece Holenbeck added a shorthanded goal at 6:30, followed by Noah Parrelli, who went on a short-handed breakaway and extended the lead 3-0 for CT. Brandon Smith put the Apple Core on the board at 17:15 of the third period on the power-play, but the Nor’Easter held on for the 3-1 win. Dylan Newton stopped 14 of 15 shots for CTN and Josh Miscione stopped 15 of 18 shots for NYA. – AL
Philadelphia Little Flyers @ New Jersey Bears
The New Jersey Bears and Philadelphia Little Flyers battled it out from the opening face off, trading strong plays and energy in what proved to be a tough matchup. The Bears struck first just four minutes into the game, as Brady Hubbard found the back of the net to give his team a 1–0 lead heading into the second period.
Midway through the second, the Flyers answered back with a goal from Owen Ozer, evening the score. But the Bears regained momentum soon after — Nicolas Malli capitalized on a power play opportunity, putting the Bears ahead once again.
The third period saw both teams dig in defensively, with strong saves and tight coverage at both ends of the ice. Despite the Flyers’ push, the Bears held firm and secured a 3–1 victory to close out the game. – AM
Bridgewater Bandits @ Express Hockey Club
The Express Hockey Club skated to a 6-3 victory over the Bridgewater Bandits. Midway through the first period, Sam Neville scored first for the Bandits, but the Express responded quickly with goals from Ville Bodin, Will Bowden-Stevens, and Mark Trischler to take a 3-1 lead after the first period. In the second, Trischler struck early again to extend the advantage for the Express. Nathan Holland scored at 4:49 for the Bandits, but Bodin’s second goal of the game kept the Express in the lead. Neville added a second goal late in the period for the Bandits, but Bodin capped off his hat trick at 9:54 for a 6-3 win for the Express. Both goalies had strong performances in net as Nicolas Gould stopped 50 of 56 shots for the Bandits and Lukas Toth stopped 22 of 25 shots for the Express. – AL
New Hampshire Avalanche @ East Coast Wizards
The New Hampshire Avalanche took a 4-3 overtime win over the East Coast Wizards in a close game. Alec Banosian opened the scoring for the Wizards late in the first period. In the second, Casey Fuller tied it up 1-1 for the Avalanche at 13:20. Ryan O’Leary gave the Avalanche the lead early in the third, followed by a goal from Petey Silverman who extended it 3-1. The Wizards responded quickly with goals from Owen Gabourie and Evan Roy to tie it up 3-3 heading into overtime. In overtime, Gavin Berntsen scored the game winner off of a rebound from Alex Ravikovich and secured the win for the Avalanche. Nick Hussar saved 25 of 28 shots for New Hampshire and Pierson Haislet had 40 saves for 44 shots for the Wizards. – AL
Valley Jr Warriors @ Seahawks Hockey Club
The Seahawks Hockey Club put on a commanding performance in today’s matchup against the Valley Jr Warrior, setting the tone early with an intense start. Jack Doherty opened the scoring just three minutes into the game, giving the Seahawks an early lead. The first period proved physical, with six penalties called between both teams. Aidan Neville added another goal to close out the first, sending the Seahawks into the second period with a two-goal advantage.
The momentum continued to build as the Seahawks maintained their composure and control through the second and third periods. Goals from Conor Evans, Aidan Cruz, Nicky DeGeorge, and Alex Friedman pushed the lead to 6–0 by the end of the second.
With 10 different players finding the back of the net by the end of the third, including Brendan Agnew, Jacob Roberts, Easton Gates, and Garrett Bouschor, as well as a shutout performance by goaltender Brandon Clifford, the Seahawks cruised to a dominant 10–0 victory over the Warriors. – AM

Providence Capitals @ Connecticut RoughRiders
The Connecticut RoughRiders earned a hard fought win over the Providence Capitals 5-3. Houston Gilcrease opened up the scoring early in the first period for the Rough Riders. Their goal would soon be followed by the Capitals from the stick of Michael Bevilacqua.
The Capitals continued their scoring in the second period with a goal from Anders Alves. The Rough Riders quickly answered with back to back power play goals scored by Finn Ptashek.
The Capitals Mason Czaban led off the third period scoring, with a goal. The RoughRiders would find the net right after with a goal from Lucas Goldstein making it 4-3. The RoughRiders finished it off with an empty netter for Finn Ptashek, his third of the game. – TP
New Jersey Bears @ Philadelphia Little Flyers
A thrilling overtime win was awarded to the Philadelphia Little Flyers over the New Jersey Bears. The Little Flyers started off the first with a goal scored by Dante Neve.
Things heated up as Braylen Tuff scored for the Little Flyers to open the second period. His goal was followed by two Bears late in the period by Jayden Juan and James Georges making it a 2-2 game.
The third period was evenly matched with both teams scoring a goal to send the game into overtime with goals from Justin Celentino from the Little Flyers and Micheal Jany from the Bears.
Overtime would see no goals and would result in a shootout after five minutes of play.
Tadeas Bezdek started off the shootout with a save against the Bears’ Jayden Juan, the Little Flyers would then find success first with a goal from James Sauer. Brady Hubbard would answer back for the Bears scoring their first shootout goal, tying the shootout at 1-1. The Little Flyers scored again with a goal from Matyas Barntonek, followed by the game winning save from Tadeas Bezdek to take home the overtime win for the Little Flyers. – TP
East Coast Wizards @ New Hampshire Avalanche
The New Hampshire Avalanche took home a win over the East Coast Wizards 5-3. Gavin Bernsten scored first for the Avalanche to start the period. His goal would be followed by his teammate, Colden Lawrence, to end the period.
The second period was evenly matched, with goals scored on both teams. The Wizards would score first however, with a goal from Adam Ellegood, and a goal from Danny Storella for the Avalanche soon after.
The Wizards scored early in the third period with a goal scored by Alec Banosian. After a multitude of penalties, Owen Gabourie would score a power play goal for the wizards making it a 3-3 game. The tie would quickly be broken by the Avalanches Ryan O’leary, followed by an empty net goal by Danny Storella to seal the game and send the Avalanche into victory. – TP
HC Rhode Island @ New England Wolves
HC Rhode Island had a commanding win over the New England Wolves in this very high scoring match up. Rhode Island kicked off the game scoring when Aiden Forcier found the back of the net, followed soon by his teammate, Austin Haldane, late in the period giving Rhode Island a 2-0 lead.
Cam Plumb scored first in the second period for the Wolves, cutting HC Rhode Island’s lead in half. HC Rhode Island would answer back with a goal from Cooper Hall. However, Cam Plumb persevered and scored yet again in the second period. HC Rhode Islands Elliot Viens would then score, making the game 4-2. Two Wolves would then score toward the end of the period, with goals from Matej Kraus and Tamerlan Zakaryanov.
The third period housed four HC Rhode Island goals to seal the win. Goals were scored by Austin Haldane, Roberts Stamurs, Austin Haldane, completing a hat trick, and Cooper Hall, his second of the game. – TP

Valley Jr Warriors @ Connecticut Nor’Easter
The Connecticut Nor’Easter came away with a 5-3 win over the Valley Junior Warriors. Emmanuel Gomez and Josh Bluestein gave CTN a 2-0 lead in the first period, and second-period goals from Josh Hauser, Bluestein, and Nolan Quirk extended the Nor’Easter advantage to 5-0. The Warriors battled back in the third with goals from Mark Rosa, Lucas LaVassar, and Cameron Rider to cut the deficit, but the Nor’Easters held on and took the 5-3 win. All of the goalies had strong performances, with Josh Hope and Luke Dinsmore stopping 50 of 55 shots for the Warriors, and Dylan Newton stopping 42 of 45 shots he faced for the Nor’Easter.
New Jersey 87’s @ Pennsylvania Huntsmen
The New Jersey 87’s skated to a 5-1 win over the Pennsylvania Huntsmen. After a scoreless opening period, Dominic Bertolino put the 87’s ahead 1-0 just 38 seconds into the second period. Alex Haar added back-to-back goals at 5:19 and 7:10 to extend the 87’s lead. Andrew Hill made it 4-0 at 10:30, before James Mirigliano got the Huntsmen on the board at 19:03. In the third, William Forster secured the 5-1 win with a goal at 17:28. Dallas Thompson stopped 9 of 10 shots in net for New Jersey, while Albert Ancinec stopped 53 of 58 shots for Pennsylvania. – AL

New Jersey Bears @ New Jersey 87’s
The New Jersey Bears defeated the New Jersey 87’s 6-3. Even though they fell to the Bears, the 87’s found the back of the net first with a goal from Colin Grantham to start the period. Scoring would then go back and forth with a Bears goal from Ryan Melrose, an 87’s goal from Robert Tignini, and a power play Bears goal from Bredan Crowley.
The second period saw no goals from either team.
Aidan McGinty would open up scoring for the Bears in the third period followed by his teammate Brendan Crowley who would score his second goal of the game. The 87’s would not leave this period goalless however, thanks to Tomass Vekselis, who would score later in the period. The game ended with two Bears goals to seal the victory, with one from Aiden McGinty, his second, and an empty net goal from John Ruggiero. – TP
Express Hockey Club @ Connecticut Nor’Easter
The Express Hockey Club won a thrilling overtime game against the Connecticut Nor’Easter. The scoring opened up with a goal for the Express HC from Matt Gonzalez in the first period. The Nor’Easter would answer back in a major way however, with two back to back goals from Wade Larson, and a goal from Christian Shugars.
The second period would only see goals from the Express HC with Matt Gonzalez, getting his second, and Nick Needham, getting the game even at 3-3.
The Express HC continued to find the back of the net early in the third period with a goal from Nate Gravel. Soon to follow would be Wade Larson, his third of the game, for the Nor’Easter to make the game 4-4. Each team continued to even the playing field with both teams scoring yet again, with an Express HC goal from Matt Gonzalez, his third of the game, and Nor’Easters Andrew Burnside. The end of regulation would end in 5-5 and send the game into overtime play.
The Express HC would score first, skating off with an overtime win from an unassisted goal by John Micheal Moscone. – TP

Express Hockey Club @ Providence Capitals
The Express Hockey Club struck first midway through the opening period as Nate Gravel sniped a top-shelf shot to make it 1–0. The play went back and forth before the Providence Capitals Mason Czaban found a loose puck in front and backhanded it home to even things up late in the first. Gravel added another just before the buzzer, finding the top corner to give the Express a 2–1 lead heading into intermission.
Early in the second, a two-on-one rush allowed Brady Penner to extend the Express lead to 3–1. Philly controlled the pace for the remainder of the period, limiting chances for the Capitals and keeping momentum firmly in their favor.
Making the most of every minute in the third, Nate Gravel capped off his hat trick with a brilliant one-timer, snatching a 4–1 victory for the Express over the Providence Capitals. – MP
Pennsylvania Huntsman @ New Jersey 87’s
The scoring started early in the matchup between the Pennsylvania Huntsman and the New Jersey 87’s. 87’s Tomass Vekselis found the back of the net just minutes into play but the Huntsman quickly answered with back-to-back goals from Dylan Mostoller and Quinn Rafter, taking a brief lead. Refusing to head into the break trailing, the 87’s Liam Magovern evened the score late in the frame to make it 2–2 after one.
The back-and-forth action continued as the Huntsman’s #93 Jaiden Batista restored the lead, but the 87’s responded once again with Ethan Minter knotting things up at three apiece heading into the third.
With the game on the line, Luke Glover put the 87’s ahead midway through the third. However, with just 30 seconds remaining, the Huntsman’s Raleigh Radkowski netted his first goal of the season to tie the game 4–4 and send it to overtime.
After a scoreless extra frame, the matchup was decided in a shootout. Goaltender Keith Bizjak-Lawrence stood tall, stopping all three Huntsman attempts, while Daniel Novoselov buried the game-winner to secure a thrilling shootout victory for the 87’s. – MP
New Jersey Bears @ Union Junior Thunder
The opening period saw the Union Junior Thunder spending much of their time shorthanded, giving the New Jersey Bears several power-play opportunities. The Bears took advantage of their power plays, scoring twice with goals from John Ruggiero and Jett Weatherred, each set up by Brendan Crowley.
In the second period, the Thunder tightened up their discipline and began to swing the momentum in their favor. Radek Jenik got the Thunder on the board early, before Weatherred struck again for the Bears. Minutes later, Simon Zavorka of the Union Junior Thunder broke free on a breakaway to score, cutting the deficit to one and sending the teams into the third period with the Bears leading 3–2.
The final frame reflected the intensity of the first, but this time the Thunder were the ones with the advantage. They earned four straight minutes on the power play and moved the puck well, but couldn’t find the equalizer. Major shoutout to Bears goaltender Aiden Dubey, who came up BIG with several key saves to preserve the lead and secure the win for New Jersey. – MP

New Hampshire Avalanche @ New England Wolves
The first period saw goals from the Avalanche’s Jake Hutchins and the Wolves’ Karel Balha—who recently earned Star Player of the Week honors—sending the teams into the second tied up. Hutchins struck again early in the second, setting the tone and giving the Avalanche a crucial edge.
Additional goals from Ryan Dube and Matthew Topham extended the Avalanche’s lead heading into the third period. Goaltender Petr Stangl was a key factor in the win, making several strong saves and holding steady under pressure.
Despite a late push from the Wolves, the Avalanche held on for a 5–4 victory, capping off an intense and well-fought game. – AM

New Hampshire Avalanche @ New England Wolves
The New Hampshire Avalanche skated away with a 2-1 victory over the New England Wolves in a tightly contested matchup. David Wood scored first for the Avalanche to end the first period, giving them an early lead.
The Wolves answered back in the second as Andis Rupeiks buried the equalizer to even the score at 1-1.
Despite the Wolves best effort, David Wood closed out the scoring for the day with his second goal, leading to a 2-1 victory over the Wolves. – TP
