HAVERHILL, MA — The Eastern Hockey League (EHL) and Eastern Hockey League Premier (EHLP) Announce Week Five Stars of the Week, running October 21st through October 27th.

Northeast Conference
Adam Ellegood (F) East Coast Wizards
Northeast All-Star Adam Ellegood represented his team well against both Roger Williams University and Nichols College. Despite playing well in game one, it was game two where he took over. The ’05 native of Tewksbury, MA registered two goals and two assists, in the All-Stars’ comeback efforts against the Bison. He’ll be in action Tuesday against the Seahawks Hockey Club.
Danny Storella (F) New Hampshire Avalanche
Danny Storella is no stranger to performing in college venues, scoring five goals last year at the Regional and Frozen Finals. This year, while representing the Main All-Stars against Albertus Magnus College, he scored two goals to help lead the All-Stars back from down 1-0 and 3-1. The Avs are back in action this Thursday against the Seahawks.
Ville Bodin (F) Express Hockey Club
Ville Bodin returned to the Main All-Star team after playing for them in New York last year. This year, Bodin made his presence known physically in game one against Albertus, but it was the game against Manhattanville College where the Swedish forward really made his mark. He scored both a shorthanded goal and power play goal in the third period. Thursday, he and the Express will take on the East Coast Wizards.

Tadeas Bezdek (G) Philadelphia Little Flyers
Main All-Star goaltender Tadeas Bezdek impressed in his two periods against Albertus and Manhattanville. Taking on the first period in game one, he endured the heaviest workload of any goaltender, stopping fourteen of fifteen. In the Manhattanville game, he stopped eleven of twelve. His two goals against were the fewest of any Main All-Star goaltender. The Little Flyers will host the New Jersey 87’s this Thursday at noon.
Ty Simonet (D) Philadelphia Hockey Club
It’s back-to-back Star of the Week honors for Ty Simonet, this time on the All-Star stage. Simonet was an all situations player for the Main All-Stars, logging big minutes against NCAA talent, and facilitating lots of chances. He recorded an assist against Albertus Magnus and was on the ice for Alex Haar’s goal against Manhattanville. PHC visits the Pennsylvania Huntsmen this Friday.
Ivan Kulagin (F) New Jersey 87’s
It was an eventful All-Star weekend for one of the league’s top scorers. The ’05 forward out of Russia scored a deflection goal against Albertus Magnus, before helping set up Alex Haar’s goal to get the Main All-Stars on the board against Manhattanville. This Thursday, Kulagin and the 87’s will be in action against the Philadelphia Little Flyers.

Northeast Conference
Matthew Topham (D) New Hampshire Avalanche
Matthew Topham continues to make an impact from the blue line, picking up a total of five points over his last three games with three goals and two assists. The defenseman has been a strong presence for the Avalanche, now up to eight points on the season. The Avalanche will travel to take on the Seahawks Hockey Club on Thursday.
Cameron Morin (F) Seahawks Hockey Club
Cameron Morin had a standout performance with a hat trick in the Seahawks 5-2 win over the Express Hockey Club on Saturday. The forward’s strong offensive presence set the tone and his three goals were crucial in securing the Seahawks win. The Seahawks will host the Avalanche on Thursday.
Robert Horejs (F) New England Wolves
Robert Horejs played a key role in the New England Wolves’ 5-2 win over the Seahawks Hockey Club on Wednesday, tallying three assists. Horejs is now in his third season with the Wolves and currently has five points through nine games so far in the season. The Wolves will be in action this Wednesday against the Express Hockey Club.
Mid-Atlantic Conference
Dominic Moushon (F) New Jersey Bears
Dominic Moushon powered the Bears’ offense with a five-point performance against the Philadelphia Little Flyers on Friday, recording three goals and two assists. His strong play throughout the season has put him on top of the EHLP leaderboard with 26 points (10 goals, 16 assists). The Bears will face off against the Atlantic City Seals on Saturday.
Chris Hansen (F) New Jersey Bears
Chris Hansen helped lead the Bears to a 4-2 win over the Pennsylvania Huntsmen on Sunday, contributing a goal and an assist. Over his last three games, Hansen has totaled five points and continues to make a strong impact on the Bears’ offense. Now in his second season with the Bears, he and the Bears will travel to take on the Atlantic City Seals on Saturday.
James Sauer (D) Philadelphia Little Flyers
James Sauer had an outstanding performance on Friday, scoring a hat trick for the Philadelphia Little Flyers against the New Jersey Bears. The defenseman contributed on both ends of the ice and played a key role in the game. The Little Flyers will visit the Atlantic City Seals on Sunday.
