Nor’Easter Defenseman to Join Trailblazers this Fall
SIMSBURY, CT – Krisjanis Graholskis, a defenseman for the Connecticut Nor’Easter (CTN), has committed to Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts for the 2025-26 season.
Graholskis, an 04’ out of Talsi, Latvia, played two seasons in the EHL. In total, he appeared in 47 EHL games and tallied a goal and eight assist. He also played in 13 EHLP games,
“Hockey has always been more than just a game — it’s been my way of life. It’s taught me discipline, sacrifice, and what it truly means to never give up, no matter how hard the road gets,” Graholskis said. “Leaving Latvia was one of the hardest choices I’ve ever made. I left behind my family, my friends, and everything familiar to chase a dream. My two seasons in the EHL were unforgettable — both challenging and full of growth. I also had the honor of being a prospect for the Latvian U20 national team — a moment that reminded me how far I’ve come, and how far I still want to go.”
MCLA, led by Head Coach Jeremiah Ketts is loaded with EHL alumni.
