Bandits All-Star Forward to Join Corsairs in Fall
Bridgewater, MA – Liam Fecteau, a forward for the Bridgewater Bandits, has committed to UMass Dartmouth for the Fall of 2025.
An 04’ out of Seekonk, MA, Fecteau just completed his second season in the EHL. A captain for his team, Fecteau doubled his production from his rookie campaign, tallying seventeen goals and fifteen assists this year. He also represented his team at the Northeast All-Star games.
“First I would like to congratulate Liam, a great teammate and leader, and a passionate, talented, and caring person,” said Bandits Head Coach Scott Drevitch. “Liam has worked extremely hard and it has paid off. He trusted the process and was a pleasure to coach. I’m excited to see him play at UMass Dartmouth.”
Fecteau joins Providence Capitals skaters Alex Pagliari and Brogan Shea as the third commit to UMass Dartmouth this season. They are led by Head Coach Erik Noack.
“I’m incredibly excited to announce my commitment to UMass Dartmouth to continue both my academic and athletic career,” Fecteau said. “I’m beyond grateful for my teammates and coaches who have supported me along the way, and for my parents, whose sacrifices have made this journey possible. A special thank you to Coach Drevitch and the entire Bandits program for helping me get to this point. I can’t wait to join Coach Noack and his team next year and be a part of the Corsairs family.”
