Wolfpack Forward Set to Join Dutchman this Fall

CROMWELL, CT -- Felix Takacsi-Nagy, a forward for the Hartford Jr. Wolfpack, has committed to Lebanon Valley College (LVC) for the Fall of 2017. In his 2nd season with the Wolfpack's Premier team, the '97 forward has tallied 19 points in 39 games, including the game-winner against the New Jersey Rockets on February 18th.

"I think this is a great fit for both Felix and LVC," said Wolfpack head coach Chris Cerrella. "Felix is a true competitor on the ice and in the classroom, and LVC can challenge him at both. I am very excited for the Takasci-Nagy family and I know with his speed, ability, and compete level, that Felix is going to do a good job next season for the Flying Dutchman. I wish the Takasci-Nagy family the best of luck in the future."

Takasci-Nagy joins a growing list of NCAA Commitments this season for the Wolfpack, and the native of California is looking forward to his future at LVC.

"I'm really excited to start my college hockey and academic career at Lebanon Valley College," said Takacsi-Nagy. "My family was very big on academics and Lebanon Valley has a great campus. They are excited about their hockey program and they had the academics I was looking for most importantly. I want to thank my family, my teammates, Coach Cerrella and the Jr. Wolfpack organization for giving me the opportunity to play college hockey. Go Dutchmen!"
