Express Forward Joining Teammate in the Fall of 2017

WALPOLE, MA -- Kayser Raei, a forward for the Walpole Express, has committed to Skidmore College for the Fall of 2017. Raei joins his teammate Brian Kowalski, who has also committed to Skidmore for next season.

“Kayser came to us from the Boston College High School and has been able to put up big numbers in his first season with the Express," said Express head coach John Lounsbury. "Kayser came to us with a lot to prove. He was dominate in high school and wanted to prove that he could do it at the net level. He's a great young man and is able to create offense in any situation."

In just his first season of junior hockey, Raei has tallied 43 points in his first 31 games for Walpole. This year's totals also include four game-winners and currently rank him in the top-10 in league scoring.

“I would like to thank my parents, George and Jocelyne Raei, for supporting me on and off the ice. I also would like to thank my high school coaches, John Flaherty, Bob Roche, Brian MacDonald, and the entire BC High family for fostering my development as a player and person for 4 years. Lastly, I would like to thank Coach Lounsbury and the Walpole Express for pushing me everyday, giving me the confidence and opportunity to achieve my goal of playing college hockey," said Raei.
