Machlan Sawden, a forward for the Hartford Jr. Wolfpack, has committed to Tufts University for the Fall of 2016. Sawden is the 2nd leading scorer for the Wolfpack, with 14 goals and 17 assists (31 points) so far this season. The Connecticut native was also tabbed as an EHL Star of the Week when he scored 3 goals in 2 games, to help Hartford pick up wins over the Rockets and Bobcats. Sawden is now 1 of 8 commits for the Wolfpack this season, and he'll look to lead the way when Hartford returns from break to host the Little Flyers, January 9th and 10th.
