Spencer Carter, the Captain of the Hartford Jr. Wolfpack, has committed to Elmira College for the Fall of 2016. Carter has spent the last 3 seasons in the Jr. Wolfpack program, and this year has helped lead the Premier team to an 18-4-2 record out of the gates. Hartford is currently tied with the Oilers for the most points in the league, and even though Carter hasn't found the back of the net yet this season, he has contributed well with 13 assists.
